Late check – out ( day use) up to 18.00 is at additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability After 18.00 is at additional charge of 100 % or 1 night villa rate.

Deposit Payment
A 50 % deposit from total nights or total villas booked are required to confirm a reservation
For last minute bookings – within a week or less prior to the arrival date full payment in cash upon arrival is acceptable

Balance Payment
Is required before departure date
Any bank transfer fees including corresponding bank charges are to be applied to guest own bank account
All payments in Indonesia are required to be converted into local Rupiah currency

Cancellation
One night villa rate will be applied if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date.

Low Season
Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged one night villa rate

High and Peak Seasons
Any cancellation made less than 30 days in high season and 45 days in peak season
prior to the arrival date will be charged one night villa rate.

No Show
Low Season
Will be charged one night of villa rate

High and Peak Seasons
Will be charged total nights of villa rate

Payment Method
A 50 % deposit from total nights or total villas booked on low season is required to secure a booking within one week after the reservation confirmed
and the balance on arrival

A full payment of total nights or total villas booked on high or peak season is required to secure a booking within one week after the reservation confirmed

For last minute bookings within one week or less prior to the arrival date a full payment is required as soon as possible before arrival

All bank transfer fees including corresponding bank charges are to be applied to guest own bank account
All payments in Indonesia are required to be converted into local Rupiah currency
