Have only praise for the service we received from Bali Affordable Villas ! The correspondence was always prompt and attentive, and all reservations were correct. Thank you for suggesting the VIP airport service, it made our arrival very easy, especially arriving so late at night with a small child ! In regards to the property, we found The Amasya Villa to be in an excellent location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and facilities were great. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to family and friends. Been telling everyone that The Amasya is also fabulous and highly recommended

As for the villa, we found Kunang Kunang, Seminyak to be a great place to stay. Its location was perfect for us. The security was excellent as are the parking facilities. The villa is very comfortable and also down to earth and practical. The kitchen was well equipped and very user friendly. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the standard of the bedding excellent. The attached bathrooms are large and clean.
The pool is great and well maintained as is the lovely garden. Ayu and her husband look after both the villa and their guests very well indeed. Breakfast also worked well in the end as Ayu got to know us and what we liked.
Our entire family would be only too happy to come back to Kunang Kunang again

It was fabulous, staff were very friendly. great location on eat street, Seminyak with great restaurants nearby and good boutique shopping. Rooms were very clean, pool was great.

The service was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and always willing to help us out with a big smile.
The airport pick-up and drop-off service was great, and the reception staff helped to locate my lost luggage by speaking with airport staff on my behalf. Thanks for such a great holiday ! See you again next time we are in Bali !

The Kunang Kunang villa is of excellent standard. Very spacious, clean & with a lovely private swimming pool that is the size of most shared villa swimming pools. Another big plus for this villa for anyone who is prone to mozzie bites is that you have the option of being able to close all doors to keep mozzies out. Alternatively you can leave all doors open & enjoy the open concept popular with a lot of Bali style villas. The location is perfect, a short walk, (10 min max) to the beach & a stones throw from great shops & bars. However with it being set off the main road you escape any potential noise pollution. We have stayed in Bali many times in both hotel & villa style accommodation. This was definitely our favourite place to date.

I would like to say myself and all others on our trip were extremely impressed with the service provided by BAV. We had a large group and left things until very late to book our accommodation. Due to the size of our group hotels and villa’s remaining were scarce, however BAV were able to secure us a villa that fit into our budget and was large enough that ensured we didn’t have to split up our group. We could not have been happier with the villa they found for us. The villa itself (The Amasya) was amazing and housed everyone extremely comfortably, whilst the staff were extremely friendly and accommodated any of our need or requests. I would also like to thank Handoyo and the BAV team for arranging our New Years Party tickets at Ku De Ta, it was a great service to be able to provide that we only had to deal with the one person to book everything we needed whilst staying in Bali. We found the villa to be spotless & well maintained.We had booked this via the internet & as it was our first time doing so we were a bit apprehensive, but BAV made it all too easy.We had drinks waiting for us on our arrival even though it was late at night & Ria from BAV was there also welcoming us.She booked our tours for us & even lent me her pair of shoes to go white water rafting- thanks Ria) We upgraded to a pool villa & even that wasn’t a problem. The boys & BAV were amazing & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again with any of the villas that BAV suggests.

– My husband and I loves Bali, we live in Jakarta so it’s easy to travel there. However, during xmas and new year’s holidays it’s so difficult to find hotel or villa in Bali. I contacted BAV from its website. The staff is very helpful (and patient) to accommodate our personalized needs. We got a good villa with reasonable price during that peak season from BAV and after that we always contact BAV whenever we need a villa in Bali. Communication is clear and easy, and we appreciate hat they keep update with us during our stay in Bali. So if you want personalized service and reasonable villa price, BAV comes highly recommended.

We have family in Indonesia and have stayed in Bali for a holiday before going to another island to see our family on several occasions. The last time travelled we stayed at the Surya Mas Villas. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had our own private unit for our whole family. In the past we have had to book several rooms in a hotel and they couldn’t guarantee that we would all be together.

The Surya Mas Villas is placed in a quiet part of Bali but still very close to the city centre and shops. It was a lot quieter at night that our previous stays inhotels…We really enjoyed the outdoor bathrooms….dont get us wrong you still have all the privacy but have an area where the trees are growing and you can see the sky was really pleasant. The bathroom still has a roof. Its only partly exposed to the elements…We really loved the outdoor kitchen…so much so that when we returned to Brisbane we created our own outdoor kitchen. We use this instead of cooking inside mostly now as it is more pleasant and cooler to cook outside.

Over all our experience was fantastic. This is a place that we will definitely return to the next time we go to Bali. Family friendly finally and affordable too.

I am writing to say a big thank you for helping to make my recent trips to Bali so enjoyable! I love coming over from Australia quite regularly for holidays to rest, relax & rejuvenate & you make it so easy!

I have stayed at two different styles of accommodation with you…..

Niramaya ~ I stayed there when I was in Bali on my own, was so clean, tidy & quiet with very reasonable rates, lovely pool & located so close to all shops & the staff were great. Had a fantastic time & would definitely stay there again, no worries!

The Sura
I have stayed here on two occasions, both times with other people. I really loved it there, as is a small complex of villas & even though there are other people there, we rarely ever saw them. Also the way the villas are set up, even though I was staying with my Sisters, we still had a lot of privacy, which is important to have some space. Great location, so close to all the restaurants on Oberoi area & of course for more shopping. The pool was gorgeous & the beautiful gardens just made it
all the more relaxing. Loved our time there so much, the next time I went to Bali, I stayed there again. Really nice staff & the rooms are lovely & breakfast was yummy. Also very good rates, especially between a few people, was so reasonable.
